PURPOSE:To prevent a container from being moved via a reaction force applied against the gas outflow by sealing an opening section with a safety sealing plate and arranging a filter restricting the passing gas quantity at a position on this side of the safety sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:A safety sealing plate 1 is welded on the end face of the opening section 4 of a main body 3 to seal the opening section 4. A filter 5 is arranged at a position on this side of the safety sealing plate 1 on the gas outflow path of this main body 3. This filter 5 is a continuous bubble type, and its mesh is selected according to the type of gas and working pressure. The quantity of the gas passing this filter 5 is sufficient for normal usage but insufficient to move a container via a reaction force of the outflow gas when the safety sealing plate 1 is largely broken to allow the free outflow of the inner gas. |
