发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF CLAD MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness of a cladding boundary and to reduce the cost of production by forming a casting space of cyclic belts provided to face each other and a pair of side plates then dividedly pouring >=2 kinds of molten metals via respective nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The casting space is formed of movable belts 1, 2 and the side plates 4, 5 along the side edges thereof in a light-tight state. A tundish 8 having a partition plate 9 is provided in the upper part of the casting space and the molten metals 13, 14 having different densities are respectively dividedly stored therein. The molten metals 13, 14 are poured via the pouring nozzles 10, 11 which are different in depth. The metal 13 poured from the nozzle 11 is positioned in the upper part and the molten metal 13 from the deeply immersed nozzle 10 is positioned in the lower part of the casting space. A three- layered clad ingot 15 holding the metal 14 between the metals 13 is obtd. according to the movement of the belts 1, 2. The boundary adhesiveness is improved and the cost is reduced by the above-mentioned method.
