PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure good rectilinear stability without altering the structure of a circumferential main groove exerting a large influence upon drainage performance. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided with a bead part 1, a side wall part 2, a tread 3 and a carcass 4 and a belt which reinforce the above respective parts. The tread part 3 is provided with a land part 7 partitioned by a circumferential groove 6 extending in the tread circumferential direction. At least one of land corner parts 7c, 7d partitioned by the respective groove walls 6a, 6b of the circumferential groove 6 and the surfaces 7a, 7b of the land part is subjected to circular-arc chamfering, and the chamfering radius of one land corner part 7d is made larger than that of the other land corner part. The intersecting angles of the groove walls 6a, 6b of the circumferential groove 6 and the land surfaces 7a, 7b are set smaller on the land corner part side with a larger chamfering radius than on the other side. |
