PURPOSE:To markedly facilitate forming format data and enable data to be printed accurately at a printing part, by a system wherein a receiving position of a printing head is actually moved to a printing part of a paper and the receiving positions are sequentially stored, by key operations on a console panel. CONSTITUTION:By key operations on the console panel 10, a head position controlling part 12 is driven to actually move the receiving position of the printing head 92, the head is stopped at the part where unit data are to be printed, and the receiving positions are sequentially stored in to a printing format controlling data storage part 16, thereby forming printing format controlling data.When performing printing, the printing data are received by an input controlling part 14, which assorts unit data, outputs controlling data to the part 12, moves the printing head 92 to a preset printing-starting position, and outputs unit data to a printing-controlling part 18, thereby printing the data. Only data are extremely easily printed in predetermined columns of a printed document paper. |
