PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and the like that can reduce the manufacturing cost of, for example, a camshaft having a shaft and a cam mounted with a shrinkage fit on the shaft below an existent level. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises a heat-treating mechanism 100 for subjecting a cam 920 to quenching as heat treatment for hardening with heating, and a mounting mechanism 200 for mounting the cam 920 on a shaft 910 via a shrinkage fit while the remaining temperature of the cam 920 is a temperature suitable for a shrinkage fit. The mounting mechanism 200 is also for fitting a journal 930, a front part 940, a rear part 950 and a positioning collar 960 all without a shrinkage fit simply on the shaft 910.
