PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the height of plate terminals, by welding the foot of each terminal to a positive electrode case and a negative electrode case respectively, while forming the plate terminals with two or more steps, wider at the foot than at the steps. CONSTITUTION:The foot of a plate terminal 2 is welded to the positive electrode case and to the negative electrode case of a cell 1 respectively. The width of the foot of the plate terminal 2 is 10mm, while the top of the terminal 2 is formed into two steps laterally symmetric. That is, the width of the topmost part w1 is 2mm and that of the following step w2 is 6mm, while the length of the terminal l is 5mm. Therefore, the converting the diameter of a fixing hole on a print substrate from 2mm to 6mm, the height of the terminal can be adjusted in two steps. |
