CONDUCTIVE CORE BODY FOR ALKALINE CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase the tensile strength of the conductive core body so as to improve the production efficiency by filling a fluidic substance in which the organic synthetic resin is dissolved or dispersed on the both sides of the sintered plate of metal fibers and hardening it. CONSTITUTION:The body formed like a belt in which metal fibers of 4-100mu in diameter are distributed is sintered in a reductive atmosphere to form the sintered fiber substrate 1. And on the both sides of the substrate 1 the fluidic substance composed of water or organic solvent in which organic synthetic resin such as PVA or PVC is dissolved or dispersed is filled and hardened to form the conductive core body having layer 2 of filled resin. Thereby the tensile strength of this core body is increased, so the breakdown of the substrate in the production process of the pole plate can be prevented so as to improve the production efficiency.
