PURPOSE:To suppress the current consumption, and to obtain an inputting circuit which is reset quickly from a floating state, by providing a pull-up transistor having a pull-up resistance of a high resistance value, and for outputting 'H' when a signal is 'H', on a signal line. CONSTITUTION:A PMOS transistor 4 having a pull-up function has high resistance value, and even when an input terminal 1 is 'L', the current consumption is small. When an input is open, 'H' is supplied to a signal line 2 through the transistor 4. An inverter 12 detects it and makes a transistor 10 conduct, and outputs 'H'. This transistor 10 is off, when the input is 'L', and no current is consumed. |
