PURPOSE:A solid cosmetic, obtained by incorporating a specific plate powder and truly spherical titanium oxide together with a cosmetic base and having good removal and adhesion to a cosmetic tool, e.g. puff or brush, in use and good extensibility, smoothness and slip without oiliness. CONSTITUTION:A solid cosmetic, preferably a makeup cosmetic obtained by incorporating plate powder having 3-50mu major and minor axes and 0.1-1mu thickness in size of particles thereof respectively and >=3.0 Mohs hardness respectively, preferably 5-30mu major and minor axes, 0.2-0.8mu thickness in particle size ranges and >=4.0 Mohs hardness in hardness, e.g. mica coated with titanium or talc coated with titanium oxide, and truly spherical titanium oxide having 1-50mu, preferably 5-20mu average particle size in the total amount of 10-85wt% in a cosmetic base component. |
