In the blocks 3a, 3b, the same information is recorded, and when one of them cannot be read due to flaws of the card, etc., the information can be read from the other. On the blocks 3a, 3b, the first recording part E for recording the value information (e) before use and the second recording part C for recording the value information (c) after use are provided, and whenever the card is used, the value information of each recording part is brought to updating processing. Since the value information before using the card is recorded, a user can confirm a use charge, and in case of malfunction of the device side, the amount of refundment becomes clear, and the reliability of the balance data is improved. |
