摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating layer, in which refrigerant can flow without imparing respective functions, by functionally applying two pieces of insulating tapes for electric insulation and molding bonding, which are wound around the outer surface of a superconductive flat-molded stranded wire. CONSTITUTION:As an insulating tape of a superconductive rectangular molded stranded wire 2, an organic synthesized film 4 is wound for electric insulation. A thermosetting synthetic resin undergoes prepreg treatment under a B stage on only one side of a film for coil molding bonding, and an organic synthesized film 5 is obtained. The film 5 is wound on the outside of the organic synthesized film 4 in a spiral shape. Thereafter, heat treatment is performed, and then pressure is applied. A gap is formed as a cooling path by the spirally wound organic synthesized film 5. A refrigerant readily flows in the superconductive rectangular molded stranded wire. Since the organic synthesized film 4 is not treated, liquid helium and the like used as the refrigerant readily penetrate in the inside of the stranded wire. Since the superconductor wires 1 is directly cooled, the superconductor coil having stable characteristics can be obtained.
