PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing titanium bolts by cold pressing is provided to improve work efficiency and reliability and reduce cost by performing cold pressing so that only body diameter of the rods is less than the head diameter by hitting titanium rods having the same diameter as head diameter of bolts at an ordinary temperature. CONSTITUTION: In forming bolts having the head part by pressing rods having a certain length, the method for manufacturing titanium bolts by cold pressing comprises the processes of inserting a titanium rod into a support forming part(6) that is a first forming part and fixing the titanium rod thereinto so that the titanium rod is first pressing formed by a piston rod(8); secondly hitting the first formed titanium rod using a piston rod(8a) so that the tip of the titanium rod is sunk and pressed into a grooved part(10) formed on the piston rod(8a); and moving the titanium rod to a support forming part(6a) that is a second forming part by the piston rod(8a) in the state that the titanium rod is bitten by the piston rod(8a) so that the titanium rod is finally pressing formed by other piston rod(8b).
