SEALING METHOD FOR CLOSED CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To perform the sealing efficiently and with high accuracy by joining again the leaked place by moving a work after storing the work position at the leak detection time by detecting the gaseous body to be blown to the joining part from the external part of a closed container. CONSTITUTION:A work 6 is evacauted by a vacuum pump 11 while blowing He to a joining part 7 from He feeding part 10 after welding the joining part by a laser beam device 8 by rotating the work 6 on a rotary table 13. A leak test is then performed by a He sensor 12 and in case of the He being detected the whole periphery of the work 6 is studied by recording the rotary angle of the motor 14 at that time. In case of a He leak being detected the work 6 is rotated by correcting the offsetting part of the position of the feeding part 10 and the position of a laser beam fiber 9 of the rotary angle of the motor 14 at that time and the leak place is rejoined. The enclosed container can thus be sealed efficiently and with high accuracy.
