PURPOSE:To solve the problem of thermal shock and linear expansion factor by stopping a ceramic board ring at the head section of piston body. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic board ring 8 is stopped through a metal 2 for stopping ceramic to the piston body 1. Since the ceramic is subdivided into rings to such degree as it will never be detroyed through high heat and thermal shock, the problem of thermal shock can be solved. While the problem of linear expansion factor can be solved by providing a thermal expansion buffer mechanism between the stopper ring and ring ceramic. |
