<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of electric connection as well as simplifying the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: Cavities 11 are formed in two rows right and left in the female housing 10. And a jig inserting hole 13 is formed between the rows of the right and left cavities 11 and a cable inserting groove 15, which is capable of inserting a cable 40 from the top side to the diameter direction, is formed by cutting out on the right and left wall at the top end of each cavity 11. A female side pressure welding terminal 20, which is equipped with a pressure welding blade 27 at the back end, is housed in each cavity 11, and the pressure welding blade 27 is disposed in the cable inserting groove 15. A cable 40 is pressed on toward the pressure welding blades 27 of the two pressure welding terminals 20 that are arranged adjacent to each other to right and left, and pressure welding is made. After that, the cable 40 is cut at the center of the both pressure welding parts by a cutting jig that is inserted in the jig inserting hole 13. By covering by the cover 30, the cutting off rib 31 breaks in the cutting part of the cable 40 and the pressing ribs 32 press the pressure welding part.</p> |
