PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for cutting out the line and to improve the communicating efficiency by omitting the cutting-out procedure when the opponent side terminal can communicate by the non-standard means to omit a part of the cutting-out procedure at the time of cutting out the line. CONSTITUTION:A communicating control part to receive the communicating request with other terminal from the host having the document preparing function is connected to the line through a host interface part 9A via control parts 9B-9M in charge of the layer of respective hierarchical communicating protocols, and when a private communicating procedure confirming part 90 confirms by the information of a document control part 9B, that the opponent terminal has the same non-standard communicating function as that of the self, a private communicating procedure indicating part 9P is operated, and the omission of the cutting-out procedure of the network layer is indicated. |
