PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having excellent charging and antiadhesive properties, and capable of obtaining a good sharp picture image by using a particle contg. a polymer having 20-60wt% an unit devided from a monomer selected from an olefins contg. a fluorine atom as a mat agent. CONSTITUTION:The mat agent is composed of the particle contg. the polymer having 10-60wt% the monomer unit derived from at least one of monomers selected from the olefins contg. the fluorine atom in the title material which is made at least one surface of the substrate to a roughened surface with the mat agent. When the titled material contains <=20wt% the monomer unit, a mere insufficient charging effect is obtd. When the titled material contains >=60wt% the monomer unit, the sharpness of the picture image is reduced due to the depression of a compatibility between a hydrophilic colloidal layer and the monomer. |
