PURPOSE:To improve the following-up property of ink film thickness control, by establishing the ink-metering edge of comparatively high rigidity to the upper side of the ink feeder to which a doctor blade is installed. CONSTITUTION:An inking roll 1 is rotated counterclockwise. A doctor blade 2 touches the surface of a roll 1 by its top, both side ink sealing components 3 of which constitute an ink pot 7 and ink is uniformly supplied to all the width with an ink feeder 4. The ink-metering edge 5 of comparatively high rigidity is installed to its upper side and the edge adjacent to the roll 1 is made sharp. The opening fine adjustment equipment 8 with a screw is provided to the rising part 9 and the clearance is finely adjusted. The ink control apparatus thus constituted thoroughly follow the regulation of the clearance between the ink-metering edge 5 and the surface of inking roll 1 and the dead zone can be lessened. Further, by scraping paper powder, dust, etc. off with the doctor blade 2, the contamination of ink in an ink pot 7 is prevented. |
