PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and others eliminating the need for a plurality of noise sources, by using a radiation cooling termination covered with a thermal insulator as calibration source on the low temperature side to supply noise temperature on the low and high temperature sides to channels in common. CONSTITUTION:A radiation cooling termination 11 covered with a thermal insulator 12, a damper 13 for raising output noise temperature thereof and a wave splitter 14 are attached to the apparatus. Low temperature and high temperature side noise temperature is supplied to channels as reference and comparison noise temperature from the radiation cooling termination 11 as low temperature side calibration source corresponding outer space cooling space. This can reduce the number of noise sources to one from more than one in the past thereby lessening the weight and overall size of the apparatus and power consumption. |
