PURPOSE:To obtain the title urethane foam having coarse cells of a controlled random distribution, by adding a cell-breaking silicone for rigid foam to a mixture of a specified polyol component and a specified polyisocyanate component and reacting them together. CONSTITUTION:A mixture having an isocyanate index of 103-130 and comprising an at least bifunctional OH group-containing polyol component (A) comprising a polyol mixture of 96-99pts.wt. trifunctional polyol (a) for flexible foam (e.g., polyoxypropylene ether polyol of an average OH value <=56) containing 60-80% polyol of a MW of 3,700-5,000 and 1-4pts.wt. hydrophilic polyol (b) of an OH value of 34-56, having at least 65% ethylene oxide in the molecule and, preferably, 1-10pts.wt. diol (c) of a MW of 1,000-2,000, and an at least bufunctional polyisocyanate (B) is reacted with 1-2pts.wt., per 100pts.wt. component A, cell-breaking silicone for rigid foam. |
