The actuating device has at least one pressure-controlled two- chamber working cylinder (12) assigned to a door leaf (10) and a door valve (17) which, via an opening and a closing line (15,16), alternately subjects the pressure chambers (13,14) of the working cylinder (12) to pressure for actuation of the door leaf or relieves them of pressure. For an accelerated movement of the opening door leaf, the closing line (16) contains a throttling non-return switch valve (24) known per se which has an adjustable throttle cross-section and an adjustable pressure-dependent reversal point for a throttled and non-throttled through flow. The switch valve (24) is so designed that the throttle cross-section takes effect after the closing pressure in the closing line (16) has fallen to an adjustable switching pressure.
