PURPOSE:To reduce cost by dividing manufacturing process into an electric power consumption system, a steam consumption system and an electric power steam consumption system, making load distribution to minimize the cost of consumption, and determining the load distribution to minimize the cost of energy of the whole. CONSTITUTION:The load distribution is made in each subsystem to minimize the power consumption of the electric power consumption system, the steam consumption of the steam consumption system and the cost of electric power and steam of the electric power steam consumption system respectively. Then, the quantity of electric power consumption and steam consumption of manufacturing process are determined based on the result of load distribution. Further, the energy cost for fulfill the quantity of power consumption and steam consumption of the manufacturing process is calculated, and at the same time, the load distribution of each machine of an independent electric power plant and the quantity of power to be purchased are determined to minimize the energy cost. |
