PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door outside handle device for automobile mountable on a door panel without inclination. SOLUTION: This door outside handle device for automobile comprises a handle body 4 mounted on a handle case 3 provided with a mounting screw 2 to an automotive door panel 1. The handle case 3 comprises a pair of positioning projections 6 which are collided with the periphery of the handle insert opening 5 of the door panel 1 in the fastening directional rotation of the mounting screw 2 to determine the mounting attitude of the handle case 3.
