PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic substance having less eddy current loss with good workability by coating the surfaces of a plurality of magnetic materials formed substantially in spherical shape with two type of resins having different softening temperatures, and heating by high frequency at a low temperature to integrally mold the magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material made of a silicon steel plate or a ferrite is formed substantially in a spherical shape, and the first insulating resin 2 having a relatively high softening temperature is coated thinly. Then, the second resin 3 having lower softening temperature than the first resin 2 is coated on the first resin 2, filled in a mold 4, and heated by high frequency. THe resin 3 is softened, and the magnetic material 1 is bonded integrally through the resin 3. A magnetic substance 5 of the prescribed shape is removed from the mold 4 to complete the magnetic substance 5. |
