Anti-oxidants to protect easily oxidizable compounds in living and dead materials against oxidation, they are natural products, they are soluble in organic as well as acqueous solutions, they are preferably colourless and have no fluorescence, they have good flow properties, they have only faint smell and taste in the areas of concentration in question, and they contain primary and secondary amino-groups that are linked to carbon in aliphatic residue. |
