<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of core scrubbing work and, in addition, to make the thickness of a coil easily reducible. SOLUTION: A combined core member 5 has a U-shaped surface-side cover member 20 and a U-shaped back-side cover member 21 and a pair of core members 5 is combined together by fitting the surface-side member 20 of one member 5 in the backside cover member 21 of the other member 5 and holding the members 5 from both the surface and back sides. The leg section 23 of the surface-side cover member 20 has an opening 24 and the leg section 23 of the back-side cover member 21 has a projecting section 25 which is fitted in the opening 24 in a removal-stopping state. Loose-fit clearances are provided on the margin of the opening 24 and on both the front and rear sides of the projecting section 25. The core scrubbing work is performed by relatively moving the cover members 20 and 21 in the longitudinal direction and moving the core members 5 integrally with the cover members 2 and 21 while the core members 5 are held from both sides. A stopper means 15 which controls the relative moving amounts of the cover members 20 and 21 in the longitudinal direction is provided.</p> |
