<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a picture information memory backup circuit, with which the deterioration of a battery caused by the charging/discharging cycle of a secondary battery voltage is suppressed to a minimum. SOLUTION: When backing up a picture memory 9, backup time is monitored by a timer 5 and the equipment is provided with a means for interrupting the backup after the lapse of preset backup time or when the voltage of a battery 11 for that backup is lowered to a prescribed voltage.</p> |
