<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic value exchange device by which a fair exchange can be made anonymously to anybody without meeting and without synchronous negotiation by parties concerned. SOLUTION: When requesting information including a desired electronic value and designation of an available electronic value, and authentication source information are registered to a request information management part 11 of the exchange device E by a party A and B, and then, the available electronic value is registered to an exchange object management part 13. When a consensus information management part 12 receives the consensus information including the identification information of two pieces of requesting information in which a desired electronic value and an available electronic value are conforming each other, the electronic values registered in the exchange object management part 13 are exchanged. When the authentication information presented by the party A and B and the above authentication source information correspond, drawing out of the electronic value from the exchange object management part 13 is permitted.</p> |
