The arrangement has a base body (1) and a wing (5) arranged pivoting on the base body by device of a pivot joint (3). The joint has two mounting flanges (9, 10), of which at least one (9) has first, holder snap-elements (21b, 23a) and second, collaborating holder elements (25a), whereby the mounting flange is permanently connected with a longitudinal side of the base body and/or the wing.
