PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesive extending over the sticking surface of the disc even if oozed out therefrom and to improve yield by providing a vacuum suction mechanisms to suck the oozed adhesive to the inner and outer peripheries of the sticking disc opposed with each other. CONSTITUTION:A slit is provided in a center boss 6 in such a manner that its circular opening is at the same height as that of the sticking surfaces of the disc and postured perpendicular to the central axis of the boss 6. The said slit is connected to a vacuum pump, so that the adhesive 2 oozing out from the sticking surface is sucked by an inner peripheral suction mechanism 8 through the slit by means of vacuum. Also, facing to the outer periphery of the disc 1 at an interval of 100-200mum, a circular slit is provided at the height of the laminated surfaces, which is also connected to the vacuum pump so that the oozing adhesive 2 is sucked into the outer suction mechanism 9 through said slit by means of the vacuum. The mechanisms 8 and 9 are installed in such a position as a clearance S is secured between the outer and inner peripheral sides.
