The flexible element (7) passes around a first, movable counter-element carried by a pivoting tensioning lever (6), forming a first loop (7a, 7b), then around a second fixed counter-element (11, 16, 27), forming a second loop (7b, 7c), the flexible connecting element (7) and the two counter-elements constituting the equivalent of a clamp. |
