LYMPHOTOXIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To cause normal splicing and to make it possible to mass produce lymphpotoxin (LT), by linking DNA in a promotor range having starting function of mRNA synthesis to DNA sequence to code LT to give DNA sequence and inducing it to an animal culture cell. CONSTITUTION:A chromosome gene range to code LT was elucidated and was found to have a restriction enzyme recognition site shown by the fig. DNA sequency of LT chromosome is DNA sequence from codon ATG to end codon of methionine, a starting amino acid for protein synthesis of LT and has a sequence of BamHI4.2Kb contained in plasmid PLTB4.2 shown by the fig.
