PURPOSE:To prevent the large-seizing of the titled apparatus and to decrease NOX incorporated in an inert gas by using high-temp. air compressed with a blower to perform the heating and the drying of an adsorbent provided to the inert gas producing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A gas drawn-out from a washing apparatus 25 is passed through a vessel 1, an adsorber A1, a valve 2 and reached to a passage joining part 9 and is taken out through a pipe 10. One part of the gas is taken out through the joining part 9 and heated in an electric heater H and passed through a valve 7 and thereby the inside of the adsorber A2 is heated to purge the water content. Then after the gas is passed through a valve 8 and a joining part 11 and pressurized with a blower 30, it is returned to a combustion chamber. This connection pipe is opened in one part of the combustion chamber wherein the combustion has already been finished and thereafter it is desirably cooled and washed with sprayed water. After removing the adsorbed water with the heated inert gas, the current of the electric heater is stopped and a cooling gas is passed through the adsorber A2 to cool the adsorbent incorporated in the adsorber A2 at the actuation temp. |
