PURPOSE:To obtain the titled pipe having uniform fine pores and extremely useful as a draining material for construction, by mixing a thermosetting resin having a specific particle size with a thermoplastic resin and a foaming agent at specific ratios, and forming the mixture at a temperature within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:The objective pipe can be produced by forming a mixture of (A) 50-90pts.(wt.) of a thermosetting resin having a particle size of 10-80 mesh, preferably crosslinked PE< crosslinked PP or vulcanized rubber, (B) 10-50 pts. of a thermoplastic resin having particle size of 6-12 mesh, preferably PE, PP or PS, and (C) <=1 pt. of a foaming agent, at a temperature above the Vicat softening point of the component B and below the temperature higher than the Vicat softening point of the component by 50 deg.C. EFFECT:Uniform gas-permeability and water-permeability. USE:Suitable for supplying oxygen to a fishpond and sprinkling of water for agricyultural use. |
