PURPOSE:To attain wt. reduction and noise reduction, by using reinforced plastic as a core material. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced plastic core material 20 is formed by a method wherein a core material molding primary mold 22 is set to a secondary mold 21 and a reinforced plastic compound, for example, comprising a glass staple fiber blended hard polyurethane resin is subsequently injected from a core material injection head 24 to be thermally cured at predetermined temp. After cooling, the core material molding primary mold 22 is detached and a roller material comprising a hard foamable polyurethane resin is injected in the formed mold cavity 25 from a roller material injection head and thermally cured to form a foamed polyurethane layer 1. At last, a non-foamable polyurethane resin layer 2 is provided by molding or coating. By this method, wt. reduction and noise reduction can be markedly realized. |
