PURPOSE:To enable plural kinds of resins especially a two-part adhesive to mix accurately in the specified ratio by communicating a resin mixer incorporated with the left-handed and right-handed screw plates to a resin feeder provided with the specified cylinder, a piston and a feed path. CONSTITUTION:The different kinds of semifluidized resins are respectively packed in the cylinders 6, 7 and the pistons 20, 21 are inserted therein and a handle 19 is pushed. The resins incorporated in the cylinders are extruded to the inside of a mixer 3 through each feed path 12, 13 by the quantities corresponding to the crosssectional area ratio of the cylinders. Each resin incorporated in the mixer reaches the twisted plates 17 in such a state that the contact between the mutual resins is interrupted with a partition plate 14. Therein each resin is separated in every half amount and mixed a little in a process fluidizing toward the screw direction. Further since a twisted plate 17' of the second position is changed in 90 deg. phase, furthermore each resin is separated in every half amount, divided and mixed. Still further the twisted plates 17, 17' are the screwy plates which are respectively twisted right and left in 180 deg. in both ends. |
