<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the installation space and heat release loss by downsizing the hot water storage capacity of the auxiliary water heating source unit by connecting the auxiliary water heating source unit close to the hot water outlet of the first passage connecting the main water heating source unit and the hot water outlet, and providing a valve that opens and closes the second passage branched from the first passage. CONSTITUTION:When hot water is to be dispensed, the mixing tap 20 is opened, and so is the valve 18 simultaneously. Part of cold water in the hot water supply pipe 6 then pushes up the hot water in the hot water reservoir 10, and also flows into the bypass pipe 15. It is mixed in the primary mixing section 19 with the hot water from the hot water reservoir 10, and then flows on to the mixing tap. The rest of the cold water flows to the auxiliary hot water delivery pipe 16. When the hot water from the main water heating source unit 1 reaches the auxiliary water heating source unit 8, hot water starts coming out of the main water heating source unit 1 starts coming out of the auxiliary hot water delivery pipe 16 as well. To use such hot water, the valve 18 is left opened. Meanwhile, the cold water filled in the hot water reservoir 10 starts being discharged in the auxiliary water heating source unit 8, but, because hot water from the main water heating source unit 1 flows into the bypass pipe 15, the hot water temperature in the primary mixing section 19 hardly becomes lowered, allowing a continuous hot water supply.</p> |
