FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in liquid-phase multistage countercurrent extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons from gasoline fraction reformat with sulfolane containing 0.2-2% water at sulfolane/feed volume ratio (1.6-2.0):1 and temperature 30-50°C, followed by removal of nonaromatic hydrocarbons remaining in extracted phase via extractive-azeotropic rectification with sulfolane and high-octane lower aliphatic alcohols at ratios (0.55-0.70):1 and (0.05-0.08):1 by weight, respectively. ^ EFFECT: enabled production of benzene, toluene, xylenes, and sum of C9-arenes and reformed gasoline component meeting environmental requirements. ^ 1 dwg, 5 tbl, 2 ex |
