PURPOSE:To stop accurately an optical part by providing a damping means which is operated on the basis of the detection signal of the optical part due to a detecting means and a low speed operating means which operates the optical part in a low speed from the stop position to the home position. CONSTITUTION:Two sensors S1 and S2 are attached in prescribed positions number a contact glass 14, and their attaching positions are so set the first sensor S1 detects a home position P1 and the second sensor S2 detects a set position P2 having a prescribed length distant from the home position P1 to the exposure end position side. An S/D signal and an F/R signal of a DC motor DM are set to the high level to perform the damping for reverse, and the S/D signal is set to the high level and the F/R signal is set to the low level to perform the damping for normal rotation. Two kinds of signal applied to the DC motor DM are combined to control the DC motor DM to the normal rotation state, the reverse state, the reverse damping state, and the normal damping state. |
