PURPOSE:To not forget to remove copy papers existing in a copy paper carrying route by not exposing the front of a lower supporting frame body unless an upper supporting frame body is placed in the non-acting position to open most of the copy paper carrying route. CONSTITUTION:When an upper supporting frame body 148 is placed in the acting position, a lower front cover member 170 is locked in the close position by the cooperation of a restraining member 188 and a piece 192, and the lower front cover member 170 cannot be opened to the open position indicated by a solid line. When the upper supporting frame body 148 is placed in the non- acting position, the restraining member 188 is separated from the piece 192 to open the lower front cover member 170 to the open position indicated by the solid line. When the upper supporting frame body 148 is set to the non-acting position, the whole of a copy paper supply route, most of the copy paper carrying route, and the whole of a copy paper ejecting route are opened. |
