PURPOSE:To decrease diagonal parallax by providing a polymer film between a color filter and scanning electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The color filter 4 is formed on a lower glass substrate 2 by printing red, green and blue pigments thereon by a multicolor printing method. A polymer film 5 selected from highpolymer materials having excellent optical characteristic, liquid crystal resistance, physical characteristics, etc. is adhered via an optically transparent adhesive agent on the lower glass substrate 2 on this the color filter 4 is formed. A lower substrate 9 is thereafter formed by a stage for forming a transparent conductive film necessary for constituting the electrodes of a liquid crystal cell, a stage for forming a resist film for etching, a stage for exposing pattern, a stage for etching nd cleaning, a stage for forming an oriented film and a stage for rubbing. The upper glass substrate 1 finished by the ordinary stages and the lower substrate 9 are adhered by the org. adhesive agent 8 via liquid crystal layer 7 by which the color liquid crystal cell is complete. The diagonal parallax is thereby decreased and the yield is improved. |
