PURPOSE:To prevent partial deformation and break of a mobile guide plate due to careless drawing-out of a fixing unit by providing a paper ejecting unit with a projecting member against which the drawn-out side of the fixing unit strikes. CONSTITUTION:By a projecting member 78 projected from a paper ejecting unit 7, a fixing unit 6 cannot be drawn out unless the paper ejecting unit 7 is drawn out in the direction of paper ejection. If it is necessary to draw out the fixing unit because of jam processing or the like in the fixing unit 6, a mobile guide plate 10 is drawn out in the direction of paper ejection together with the paper ejecting unit 7 to draw out the fixing unit 6 though the fixing unit 6 strikes against the projecting member 78 and cannot be drawn out normally. |
