PURPOSE:To permit to install the device freely at any place and supply hot-water of predetermined temperature immediately from the start of supplying by a method wherein the outflow path of a hot-water reserving type water heater and first water side pipeline, branched from a main water side pipeline, are guided to first mixing valve while second water side pipeline, branched from the main water side pipeline, and the downstream of the first mixing valve are communicated with second mixing valve. CONSTITUTION:Cold dead water (5 deg.C for example) is stagnated in the pipeline form a hot-water delivery pipe 3 to the reducing non-return valve 11 of the hot-water reserving type water heater 5 while hot-water of 85 deg.C is reserved in a hot-water reserving tank 8. The hot-water of 85 deg.C from the outflow path 10 and the water of 5 deg.C from a bypass path 13 are mixed each other with the flow amount ratio of 1:1 at the joining point 14 of the bypass path, therefore, the temperature of hot-water becomes 45 deg.C, then, the hot-water flows into the mixing section 18 of a thermo type automatic mixing valve 15 and the temperature thereof is regulated by water from the first water side pipeline 19 so that the temperature thereof becomes the set temperature of 40 deg.C, thereafter, is delivered out of a cock 26. When the dead water is delivered after becoming hot-water and hot-water (80 deg.C for example) from a main heat source machine 1 has arrived at the water heater 5, hot-water of 80 deg.C flows through both of the outflow pipe 10 and the bypass path 13, thereafter, the temperature thereof is regulated automatically in the mixing section 18 so as to becomes the set temeperature of 40 deg.C.
