PURPOSE:To perform the recording a voice for long time with less memories by recording in the form of the character code to which the single sound recognized by a speech recognition device corresponds in a memory and by reading out, synthesizing and reproducing it by a speech synthesis device at playback time. CONSTITUTION:The oscillating signal transmitted from an oscillation circuit 1 is inputted to a dividing timing circuit 2, which feeds a 2Hz clock to an address control part 4 and 8Hz clock to a recording/reproducing control part 3 besides transitting the clock signal for timing to a timer circuit 6. The circuit 6 generates various signals according to each key input from a key inputting part 8 besides the ordinary timer function. And in a recording mode the voice signal inputted from a mike MC is recognized VR one sound by one sound, the recording is performed by writing a voice code into a RAM 5 and the corresponding character is displayed 7. In the reproducing mode the voice code inside the RAM 5 is read out and fed to a speech synthesizing device VG, the reproduction of the voice is performed by decoding the voice code and by feeding the voice signal to a speaker SP and also the corresponding character is displayed 7. |
