PURPOSE:To make magnetic flux concentrate on a mold effectively without making its size enlarged in facilities, by a method wherein a coil and platen are connected by a ferromagnetic material with each other and a closed magnetic circuit is made to form by making use of the platen for a magnetic circuit of the magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing of an anisotropic resin magnet through injection molding while a magnetic field is being applied from a material containing ferromagnetic material powder under a heated state, a closed magnetic circuit is made to form by making use of a platen of an injection molding machine for the magnetic circuit of the magnetic flux to be generated by applying the magnetic field to a member obtained by connecting a coil and the ferromagnetic material with each other. The magnetic flux generated from the coil 2 is placed into a platen through the ferromagnetic material 7 by passing through a pole piece 5 and mold 4 of the coil and returned to the coil 2 again by making the platen into the magnetic circuit. With this construction, leakage of the magnetic flux into air is reduced and the magnetic flux can be collected within the mold efficiently. |
