PURPOSE:To enable a work pallet to be always held with the flat bottom surface by supporting slidably the work pallet on both side ends with rollers on rails. CONSTITUTION:An arm 33 with a horizontal lug 34 is extended to be inserted into a cavity between the bottom 1a of a work pallet 1 on rails 5, 6 of a work pallet transfer path 16 in a work stocker and the rails 5, 6. Next, the arm 33 is pivoted 90 deg. to erect the lug 34 vertically so that the lug 34 engages a delivering groove 18 engraved on the lower surface 1a of the pallet 1. Thereafter, the arm 33 is contracted by an expansible pivotal device 30 mounted on a work pallet delivering bed to pull the pallet 1 from on the transfer path 16 onto a work pallet transfer path 29 of the delivering bed on a transferring truck 38. Thus, the work pallet is slidably supported on both side ends by rollers on the rails and no problems are encountered in working accuracy since the bottom surface is always flat and smooth. |
