PURPOSE:To maintain good processing stability and photographic performance even if other processing liquid components enter the processing liquid by providing a specific blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:The blue sensitive layer defined in the following way is provided to a photosensitive material having blue, green and red sensitive layers on a reflecting base. The definition of the blue sensitive layer: The blue sensitive layer of which the density ratio (QD value) of a C dye and Y dye expressed by the formula II is <=0.138 when a sample A prepd. by coating the blue sensitive layer contg. at least the silver halide and yellow (Y) coupler and the layer contg. the cyan (C) coupler expressed by the formula I in contact therewith and the sample B prepd. by coating the same only to the photosensitive layer part of the sample A are respectively exposed to wedge exposure and the blue light absorption density (DB) and red light absorption density DR of the unexposed part and exposed part of the respective samples are measured by a desitometer ('Sakura Densitometer PDA-60(R)'). The photosensitive material is then processed under the specified processing conditions using the specified developing soln. and bleach fixer. The resistance to back contamination is improved by maintaining the QD value of the blue sensitive layer at <=0.138 in the above- mentioned manner.
