PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of printing by making the radiation effect of metal base to each eating resistor constant, by establishing a clearance between the part corresponding to just under the heating resistor of insulating substrate and this metal base. CONSTITUTION:The groove 7 of specific width is formed in the part corresponding to just under along plural heating resistors 2b arranged in parallel on the base substrate 2 of a metal base 1. Because the groove 7 is formed in the metal base 1 constituting the radiation plate of the part corresponding to just under the heating resistor 2b of an insulating substrate 2a of base substrate 2 and the clearance is formed between the part corresponding to the heating resistor 2b of the insulating substrate 2a and the metal base 1, those parts certainly come into no contact with each other and the radiation effect of the metal base 1 to each heating resistor 2b becomes approximately constant. Then, when gradation printing is carried out, the good printing by which the uneveness in density for a print is not produced, can be obtained. |
