PURPOSE:To provide the room with one equipment which is capable of both heating it in winter and cooling it in summer by providing an equipment which consists of a latent-heat accumulating tank and a heat pump and installing its indoor machine at a section of the air intake channel of the heat-accumulating tank and its outdoor machine outside of the warm room. CONSTITUTION:The room temperature rises above the melting point of the material of a heat accumulator by solar energy in winter and it is sensed by a temperature sensor 2c to drive a suction fan 2a with a control board 2b to accumulate the heat in the heat- accumulating material of the heat-accumulating tank 2 and the exhaust gas of lower temperature is discharged into the room, and there the room air is again heated by solar energy. When the weather does not supply solar energy enough to raise the room temperature and melt the heat-accumulating material, the room temperature is sensed by a temperature sensor 2c and a heat pump is started fro room heating, and the outdoor machine 4 becomes an evaporator. The heat energy of its intake air e is blown to the condenser 5 as shown by the arrow mark in solid line through a compressor 4a to heat the intake air b. In summer the 4-way switch valve 4b of the outdoor machine 4 in the heat pump is changed over to carry the cooling medium as shown by the arrow mark in the broken line, and the heat is pumped up from the intake air b by using the indoor machine 5 as an evaporator and the outdoor machine 4 as a condenser, and the pumped heat is discharged to the intake air e and the exhaust air becomes the exhaust air f. |
