PURPOSE:To shape the asymmetricity of the leading edge and trailing edge of a reproducing pulse at the output side of adifferential amplifier by providing a means amplifying a reproducing signal from one MR film so as to eliminate the characteristic difference of the 1st and 2nd MR films. CONSTITUTION:An attenuator 12 is used and the ratio of the reproducing sensitivity of the 2nd MR film 3 to the reproducing sensitivity of the 1st MR film 2 is used as a gain of the attenuator 12. Thus, an output signal of the attenuator 12 has equal amplitude to that of an output signal at the 2nd output terminal 7. Thus, no asymmetricity in the leading/trailing edge is caused in a reproduction pulse.
